Welcome to Foghorn!

I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia twelve years ago. I've chosen to live those years largely unmedicated. You won't find a record of my medical journey on this blog--mainly because I don't have one, but also because I'm not a doctor.

What I am is a creative soul who chooses to deal with the reality of fibro in creative ways. So kick off your shoes (if you wear shoes) and sit down (carefully). Pour yourself some tea and join in whenever you like!
